By using Slayed AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Sandlabs, with a principal address at Melbourne, Australia, the owner and operator of Slayed AI. "You" and "your" refer to you, the user.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form your agreement with us.
Slayed AI is a web-based AI photo transformation service. You upload a photo, pick a template or write a prompt, and our AI generates a new image.
The service may change over time as we add features, fix bugs, or improve things. We may also experience downtime - we'll do our best to keep it minimal, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Slayed AI.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you're using Slayed AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If we suspect your account has been compromised, we may temporarily suspend it to protect you.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Charges may appear on your statement as billed through Sandlabs.
Slayed AI offers a first-time intro, a weekly subscription, and a yearly subscription. Current pricing is always shown in the app before purchase:
Weekly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date. By starting a subscription, you agree to this auto-renewal.
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription ends. Your uploaded and generated images remain stored until you delete your account or ask us to delete them.
Cancel anytime from your Profile page using "Manage billing" (Stripe Customer Portal), or email hello@sandlabs.com.au.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods or used generations, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@sandlabs.com.au.
We may change our prices. If we do, we'll notify you before the change takes effect. If you don't agree with the new price, cancel before it applies.
Your subscription includes a weekly generation allowance. Requests that include more than one photo use more of that allowance.
Slayed AI is built for fun and creativity. Don't ruin it. You must not:
If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund.
You own what you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to provide the service (AI generation, storage, display). We don't use your uploads for anything else.
You may use AI-generated content for personal or commercial purposes. You're responsible for how you use it.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any output. You use AI outputs at your own risk.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
"Slayed AI" and our logo are our trademarks. Don't use them without written permission.
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@sandlabs.com.au.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Here's what happens:
Slayed AI is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don't guarantee that:
Our AI generation depends on third-party providers. If they experience downtime, Slayed AI may be temporarily unavailable.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, term, condition, right, or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for your use of Slayed AI and the content you create. If your use of the service or the content you generate causes a problem - a legal claim, a fine, or a loss - you agree to hold us harmless and cover any reasonable costs we incur as a result.
We're not asking you to take on unreasonable risk. This simply means: if you misuse the service and it causes us a problem, that's on you, not us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence lets you bring a claim in your local courts.
Before taking legal action, please contact us at hello@sandlabs.com.au. We'd like the chance to resolve things informally first. Most issues can be sorted with a conversation.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence. If mandatory local law gives you greater protection, those protections apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through an in-app notice before they take effect.
Continued use of Slayed AI after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, stop using the service and request account deletion.
