Processing of facial images is based on your explicit consent, given when you choose to upload a photo. When you upload a photo containing your face, you explicitly consent to us sending it to our AI provider for processing. Facial images may be considered sensitive information under privacy law in some jurisdictions. We do not perform biometric identification or facial recognition - your photo is used solely to generate the creative output you requested.

We are an Australian company and most of our third-party service providers are based in the United States. When your data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through contractual protections with our service providers.

Slayed AI uses essential session cookies and authentication tokens to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary for the service to work.
We do not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics trackers on our marketing pages or inside the app.
Slayed AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Some countries set a higher minimum age for data processing consent. If you are below the minimum age in your country, you may not use Slayed AI.
If we discover that we have collected data from anyone under 18, we will delete their account and all associated data immediately.
